Policy and Rules
IF YOU ARE LATE: Out of respect to our students and AHA/HSI training guidelines, we start class on time. If you are 15 or more minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule and will be charged a rescheduling fee. Please see fee chart below for rescheduling fees.
NEED TO RESCHEDULE: Life happens. If you need to reschedule your class, just let us know at and we will re-schedule you to another class that best fits your schedule. There is NO FEE to reschedule, as long as you contact us Goodvibesacademy411@gmail.com within the 24 hour rescheduling window.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation: We are more than happy to accommodate you in rescheduling your class up to twenty-four hours prior to the start of your training for no additional cost. Without twenty-four hour notice of cancellation, a $25 convenience fee will be issued. While we are unable to offer refunds, we do offer class and certification credit.
Not adhering to the rules will result in:
- Being given one verbal warning (If you persist)
- Being asked to leave & reschedule (If you persist)

PHYSICAL LIMITATIONS: According to AHA and HSI guidelines, you must have the ability to push at the proper depth on the manikins consistently and administer breaths properly. This is an AHA/ASHI requirement for the SKILLS portion of the class. If you have any physical issues or health problems that may prevent you from meeting this requirement, we suggest choosing a later date when remedied or speaking with us prior to completing your registration. We will make accommodations as allowed. However, you may be required to return at another time if you are unable to pass the skills portion and you will not be able to receive your certification card.

No show policy
No refunds will be issued. However we do offer class and certification credit. Good vibes academy we are willing to roll over your initial payment and reschedule you to another date, within 60 days and additional fee of $30.
